Responsibilities:

  • Complete residential electrical service calls and repairs in customers' homes.
  • Perform thorough electrical system evaluations to diagnose issues, identify safety concerns, and spot code violations.
  • Use a consultative, value-based approach to educate customers and recommend solutions that improve safety, efficiency, and system reliability.
  • Build rapport with customers and ask lifestyle questions to properly troubleshoot electrical concerns.
  • Educate customers on available financing options and maintenance plans.
  • Explain replacement opportunities for aging, inefficient, or underperforming electrical systems.
  • Take ownership of your performance and consistently strive to exceed goals.
  • Deliver a professional, five-star customer experience that generates referrals and repeat business.
  • Partner with dispatch and customer service teams to ensure overall success.
  • Maintain a clean, organized job site and a well-stocked service vehicle.
  • Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and company events.

Qualifications:

  • Three (3)+ years of residential electrical service experience.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to pass an MVR review.
  • Proven experience diagnosing and servicing residential electrical systems.
  • Strong service and sales aptitude with the ability to build trust and confidently recommend solutions that add value for customers.
  • Experience with ServiceTitan is highly desirable, or strong technical and computer skills with the ability to learn quickly.
  • Highly organized with exceptional follow-through.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High integrity and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to continually improve and grow.
